Jason Isbell's opening set at The Cubbie Bear in Wrigleyville (Chicago) on Saturday Night, November 10, blew down the house. Every song was a home run and the crowd demanded more and more. He reluctantly had to make way for the main act after three encores. As far as I'm concerned, his was the main act. I sure wish him well, along with the rest of the Truckers.
